- Storage Restrictions: We do not store complete credit card numbers or sensitive authentication data beyond the time required for processing. Any stored data is securely encrypted.
- Secure Payment Processing: Our payment processing systems are secure and comply with industry standards, ensuring the safety of credit card transactions. Our payment processing providers include Quickbooks Payments (BRC, Beef, Genetics, RHD) and Shopify (RHD, TRD, Beef, Genetics).
- Regular Auditing and Monitoring: We conduct regular audits and monitoring of our systems to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities or breaches.
- Training and Awareness: All employees who handle customer credit card information receive proper training on data security practices and are aware of their responsibility to maintain confidentiality.

- Customer Notification: If a breach occurs that could potentially compromise customer credit card data, affected customers will be promptly notified in accordance with legal requirements.
