Purpose
To protect the time, safety, and operational integrity of all BRC Brands businesses by establishing clear, consistent expectations for all visitors.
All BRC Brands entities are private businesses operating by appointment or defined business models. Unscheduled visits are not part of our operations.
1. No Unscheduled Visitors (Company-Wide Rule)
All visits across BRC Brands must be:
- Pre-approved with Rachel or Brandon Cutrer
- Scheduled in advance
- Appropriate to the purpose of the visit
Walk-in or unsolicited visitors are not permitted.
Standard Response:
“We operate by appointment only. Please contact us through our website or email, and we’ll be happy to assist you.”
2. Protecting Team Time
- Team members are not to be interrupted for unscheduled visitors
- No employee is expected to stop their workflow for a walk-in
- Front-facing team members are responsible for filtering and redirecting all visitors
Time protection is a core company value.
3. Visitor Categories (Applies to All Businesses)
A. Customers / Clients
- Must follow the appropriate process for that business (appointment, order, booking, etc.)
- Priority is given to legitimate, active customers
B. General Public / Inquiries / Donation Requests
- Directed to website, email, or online booking systems
- No in-person accommodation without scheduling
C. Job Seekers / Students
- No walk-in applications or visits
- Resumes may be dropped off or emailed to the HR Director
- Engagement only occurs during active hiring and through formal channels
D. Unidentified or Unscheduled Individuals
- No access granted
- No escalation to team members
- No exceptions
4. Gatekeeping Responsibility
Each business location must designate a gatekeeper responsible for:
- Enforcing visitor policies
- Protecting leadership and team workflow
- Redirecting all unscheduled guests
Under no circumstances should a walk-in:
- Gain access to staff
- Interrupt operations
- Be accommodated informally
5. Business-Specific Addendums

- Ranch access restrictions
Ranch House Designs

7. Guiding Principle
We operate on systems, not situations.
We protect our time, our team, and our standards — every time.
8. Employee Guests & Personal Visitors
BRC Brands properties are professional work environments and are not open for personal or social visits.

BRC Ranch-Specific Safety Note
Due to the nature of ranch operations, including heavy equipment, livestock, and active work zones, unauthorized individuals on ranch property present a safety and liability risk and are strictly prohibited.
Breaking visitor protocol is considered a failure to follow company procedure and may result in disciplinary action.
