Company will conduct an annual performance review of each employee in December. Compensation for the upcoming year will also be discussed in December. During this time, supervisors will review the performance of each employee and the employee will also have an opportunity to discuss any concerns with their supervisor.
The general timeline is as follows:
Early November – Review job descriptions
Early November – Employee self-evaluation survey
Early December – Performance reviews and contract reviews
January – Implementation of any merit or promotion raises.
