Definitions:
Ranch: Any property owned or leased by BRC Ranch including but not limited to main headquarters, show barn, working pens, Lane City property (excluding the home), Bull Development, Boerger lease place.
Ranch Business Hours: BRC Ranch is open for operations Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with designated staff members for weekend feeding responsibilities.
Emergencies: After hour emergencies are defined as urgent animal care issues, severe weather-related incidents, after-hours requests from ranch executive management team, or urgent ranch operations.
Private Property: Land, vehicles, and other assets owned by BRC Ranch or Brandon H Cutrer LLC, over which the owners have exclusive rights of use, control, and access.
Ranch Access
- All ranch properties are privately owned and exclusively controlled by Brandon and Rachel Cutrer.
- Unauthorized individuals are strictly prohibited from entering or using any part of the ranch without explicit, written permission from the owners.
- Permission to access the ranch is granted on a case-by-case basis and is not a blanket authorization. Each approval applies to a single instance of access unless otherwise specified.
- BRC Ranch is open for operations Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with designated staff members for weekend feeding responsibilities.
- Employees are not permitted on the ranch outside of business hours without prior approval or a direct request from the ranch owners, except in the case of emergencies.
- Personal Use Prohibited: Personal use of ranch property, facilities, or equipment is strictly prohibited at all times.
After-Hours Emergencies
These emergencies must be communicated to and approved by the ranch ranch owners. In the event that the ranch owners are unable to be contacted, the following chain of command should be used to notify the appropriate team members.

- Lyn Castaneda
- Lynn Hough or Bubba Hough
Visitors and Guests
- Personal visitors and guests are not permitted without permission, including during business hours.
- Any guests, including spouses, children, or friends, must receive approval from ranch owners prior to visiting the ranch.
- Approved visitors must remain supervised at all times while on the ranch. Employees are responsible for ensuring that visitors follow all safety protocols.
Surveillance Monitoring
- Multiple security cameras are placed on the ranch and used to detect unauthorized use.
Prohibited Activities
- Any personal use of ranch facilities is strictly prohibited.
- The ranch is private property and is not to be used as a personal playground for employees. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Bringing family or friends to the ranch for personal recreation, including riding around in ranch vehicles, petting calves, or exploring the property.
- Hosting gatherings or informal hangouts on any ranch property.
- Bringing non-employees onto the property without ranch owner approval.
Consequences for Policy Violations
- Violations of this policy will be taken seriously. Employees found violating these guidelines may face disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination of employment.
