If they visit the office or ranch, offer them a drink. Store visitors should be greeted with a smile, a “thank you for coming in,” sharing the weekly special in a friendly way, offering to assist with carrying their beef, and putting it on the counter. We want to have extreme excellence in customer service.
Always call the client sir and ma’am. I.e. “Yes sir”, “No ma’am”. Always be friendly and courteous, even if someone is chewing you out.
