This is the standard file naming process we use:
ClientName-PublicationName-Or-ProjectName-Date-YourInitialsDesign Proof Number (DP1,DP2, Etc.)
Examples:
- A magazine ad for BRC Ranch for The Brahman Journal January 2025 would be named: BRC-BrahmanJournal-December2025-RAW.PSD
- A graphic for The Ranch Downtown weekly special would be: TRD-ChiliSpecial-December2025-RAW.PSD
