Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and respectful restroom environment is important for the well-being and satisfaction of all employees. Be considerate of your fellow colleagues by maintaining a respectful and courteous attitude in the restroom area. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we have established the following restroom policy:
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Keep the restroom clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in designated bins and promptly report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Personal Hygiene: Maintain good personal hygiene and cleanliness when using the restroom facilities.
- Restroom Supplies: We provide essential restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Use these supplies responsibly and avoid wastage.
- Respect for Privacy: Respect the privacy of others by keeping conversations and noise levels to a minimum in the restroom area.
- Accessibility: The restroom facilities are accessible to all employees. Be considerate and prioritize accessibility for those with special needs.
- Gender-Neutral Restroom: The RHD office provides two restrooms, accessible to both genders. BRC Ranch provides one restroom, accessible to both genders.
- Gender-Specific Restroom: TRD offers separate male and female restrooms.
- Clean Up After Use: Leave the restroom facilities as clean as you found them. Ensure proper flushing and wash your hands before exiting.
- Reporting Issues: If you encounter any restroom-related issues, such as a lack of supplies or maintenance problems, please inform the designated personnel promptly (April, Brenna or Lynn).
- Children in Restroom: Children of employees are welcome to use the restroom facilities under the supervision of their parent or guardian.
- Personal Items: Personal items should be stored in designated areas outside the restroom to prevent clutter and ensure proper sanitation.
