We have an extensive database of stock photos on Dropbox that are for use in designs. This is your first choice if stock photos are needed since we have already purchased them and there would be no additional cost to us to use them. These are organized by the subject of the stock show for ease of searching. If a stock photo needs to be purchased, our preferred vendors are Adobe Stock and Envato. istockphoto.com is also a preferred vendor but their pricing is high. If you buy a stock photo, we ask the client to reimburse us for the cost of that photo. Istock purchases should be cleared with the client first since they will incur additional billing.
If you purchase a stock photo, once you download it, move it into the appropriate folder on Dropbox that best matches what the photo is – for example, Rainbow-Over-Pasture.jpg. If there is a ID on the stock photo from the vendor, leave that in the file name (i.e. Rainbow-Over-Pasture-Fotolia12345.jpg).
