- Sweep/ tidy up
- Restock any items needed (example, pre-made ground beef bags)
- Turn off tv
- Lock exterior doors at 5 p.m. so you can count the register in a safe space.
- Count register
- Take pictures of the closing screens on Shopify POS
- Any discrepancies of missing cash from Shopify sales vs. what is in the register will be deducted from the cashier’s payroll.
- Post pictures in the group chat
- Fill out deposit slip for any cash sales for that day
- Turn off freezer lights (very important not to turn off the actual freezer, just the light)
- Store register and ipads in designated storage area.
- Turn on exterior lights (both doors)
- Lock all interior and exterior doors
- Arm security system
- Drop off deposit at bank night drop
